All the staff were attentive, very amiable. The location seemed comfortable in a well lit area. Moreover, it was short walk to miles away, the cruise port and Thursday's parades.

Thank you, I truly enjoyed the stay and ca n't wait to go back. The setting of hotel was good, in the area like New Orleans 20 plus miles away. Also, Northshore Harbor Center was 1 mile away.
Some people working there were very rude.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking was unbelievably cozy. I loved having a mini fridge and microwave to keep my snacks handy for late-night cravings. Plus, the staff was attentive, especially Victoria, who added a personal touch to my stay!
